Ms. Rupinder Brar, Ms Rupinder Brar is 1990 batch Income Tax officer of Indian Revenue Service (IRS).
She holds master degree in Public Administration from National University, Singapore and is an alumnus of the Hindu College, Delhi. Prior to her appointment in Ministry of Coal (MoC), she has served as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in Mumbai from August 2022-Oct. 2023 and as Commissioner of Income Tax and Member of the Dispute Resolution Panel, looking in to Transfer Pricing and International Tax issues
. She has also served in Ministry of Tourism as ADG Tourism from July 2019 to June 2022 and nominated as Government director on the Board of Indian Tourism Development Corporation Limited (ITDC) and its subsidiary Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation Limited from October 2019 to June 2022.
