CMD CCL inaugurates ` Coal India Medical Conference -2018`, More than 170 doctors including two Padamshree to participate in CIMC

More than 170 doctors including two Padmashree will participate in three-day (28-30 July) Coal India Medical Conference(CIMC) -2018, organized by Central Coalfields Limited in association with IICM, Ranchi here in auditorum of IICM.  CIMC 2018 was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Shri Gopal Singh, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, CCL in presence of Padamshree awardee Dr. P K Choubey, Max Hospital, New Delhi and other dignitaries. Dr. Choubey was the Guest of Honour during the inauguration functional here at IICM, Ranchi.

Shri R.S. Mahapatro,  Director (Personnel), CCL, Shri S.N. Singh, Executive Director, IICM. Dr R.R. Sinha, CMS, Hospitals, CCL, Dr. C.P. Dham,  CCL Gandhinagar Hospitals and other dignitaries were present to grace the occasion. In this medical conference, 32 renowned expert doctors from across the country will present paper on various topics and 40 case presentation by Doctors from Coal India. 

Expressing the gratitude to renowned  medical professionals,the Chief Guest,  Shri Gopal Singh said that this conference is historic as the medical experts in such a huge numbers are participating in this medical conference. He further added that this conference will be the game changer for medical fraternity of Coal India and its subsidiaries. Shri Singh said that there is immense scope of work within the state in health sector and the importance of this medical conference should be seen in this aspects. He emphasized that that every year more than 1 lac people are benefited from different medical schemes run by CCL. 

The Guest of Honour,  Padamshree awardee Dr. P K Choubey congratulated the CCL management for organizing this medical conference and said that this conference will help the medical fraternity to not only learn but to also interact with the other members of the fraternity and gain from each others experience. Coal India and CCL is making every effort for giving best health care toits employees starting from the lowest to the highest level, which is an example for others, he added.  
 
The Welcome address was delivered by Dr. R.R. Sinha, while vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. C P Dham. Dr. Mayuri Bhattacharya compered the programme.
